Following the aim of prestige to the profession, safeguarding the interests of future professionals that form, the ICA has been holding talks with the Rating Agency of Professional Engineering ( AQPE ) and ACE, with the aim of establish regular cooperation which will facilitate the accreditation of its partners.
On May 9, took place the second meeting, attended by the Director of the AQPE Toni Molina, M. Isabel Castillejos representing the College of Industrial Engineers, David Garcia and Enrique Heredia representing the ACE and Xavier Martinez and Yolanda Salvador on behalf of the ICA.
The meeting made a second proposal for collaboration that includes the possibility that the ACI certifies the suitability of its partners to achieve certification of competence in certain areas and subareas bounded.
In the future, it is possible also that continuing education certificates issued by ACI and ACE may have value in the face of certification renewals .
The Association of Consultants facilities, ACI, born from the desire of a group of Catalan Consultancies have a tool joint proxy for the collective of professional facilities to the different actors involved in the process of building.

AQPE is a foundation that aims to certification of professional engineers in accordance with the accredited knowledge and professional experience in different specialties , ranked policy areas as procedures and standardized certification objectives and promote the mainly European international convergence , the rating systems used and their mutual recognition.
